These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of rosewayrs.com (the “Site”), operated by Roseway Resident Services (“Roseway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Roseway Resident Services designs and delivers resident experience, retention, and event programming for multifamily communities nationwide, including resident events, wellness initiatives, concierge services, grand opening and brand activations, and compliance support.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, anyone else. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or use automated tools to scrape or extract content without our prior written consent.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Roseway name and branding, is owned by Roseway or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
4. Requesting and Engaging Our Services
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not itself constitute a binding service agreement. Actual engagement of Roseway’s services by a property management company, community, or other client is governed by a separate written services agreement between Roseway and that client, which will control in the event of any conflict with this Site.
5. Donations
Donations made through the Site to the Roseway Foundation are processed securely by Stripe. Donations are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us promptly at the email address below.
6. Information You Submit
When you submit information through our contact form, resident experience assessment, or newsletter signup, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. Our use of information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
